INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados, pitted
- 1/2 c. Lettuce
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c. green onions
- Juice of 2 limes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Tortilla chips, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Stir in lettuce, tomatoes and green onions.
- Squeeze lime juice over mixture, a slight drizzle of Black & Green Avocado oil and stir, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
