Guacamole Chip Dip. EASY and FAST! 

Guacamole Recipes

  Vegan | Gluten free | Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, pitted
  • 1/2 c. Lettuce
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  • Stir in lettuce, tomatoes and green onions.
  • Squeeze lime juice over mixture, a slight drizzle of Black & Green Avocado oil and stir, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
